I actually think about this a lot.

The reason? I live next to a relay station. It's literally like 15 feet from my lovely home, high power lines and all...

EM waves were a big deal in the US in the late 80s/early 90s, but their dangers turned out to be wildly exaggerated, did they not? I've heard the whole issue described as a classic case of "junk science."

I don't know. I recall the hubbub about it in the states and claims of cancer/tumors etc. but I never really had any reason to look into in any depth.

Since I've been living here, I wonder about it though.

It does play hell with my electronics though.
