The website is here (caution: video clip embedded) and you'll have to hurry if you want to take it because the deadline for applications is midnight on the 5th of November while the exam itself will be held on the 23rd. As with all these sorts of deals, there is a book of sample questions for you to buy. The cost of taking the test is around 5,000 depending on the degree of difficulty you choose.
