I'd say with that look you'd pretty much have trouble getting a "regular" job anywhere. The housing thing probably'd be a problem in a lot of places too.

That remarkable ability might possibly be the that she is my daughter!

The meaning of this tattoo is that, she was born in the year of the bird(I didn't want a rooster on my noggin so I choose the phoenix) The bird is posing as her guardian by holding Aya in it's wings.
I was born year of the rabbit. On the chinese calendar, the rabbit and bird are exact opposite of each other which when you combine one with the other, you get good fortune in life.
Also, hense the name Phoenix_stu.

To answer your question. Yes, it has caused problems here. Take a look a few posts back. That is one of the problems. Jobs, pools, gyms etc... are a problem. Even if I wear a hat and wear long sleeves. I still have one on my hand that I have to say that I wish I had not done. I like it however, here it poses many problems. AND if I wear all of the long sleeves here in the summer, it also raises suspision. It is an ongoing problem here in Japan but it is something that I have to deal with as these are the choices that I made. Not whining or anything. Just wish people here looked at things a bit different. Oh well.

It does allow me to get some cool modeling jobs and tv shoots. Bet you can guess though, I get the bad guy role. hahaha. You can check the "who are you" thread and I put up one of my photo shoot pics.

Yeah, looking back on what I wrote....young kid, pressed up against someone's busty aunt with Kanji tats, it just screamed bris to me (I had a 101 degree fever at the time)...I can see how this would make little sense.
