drunk in yokosuka. navy yokosuka base 2nd class. hit 2 japanese women 50 yrs old dec 2nd, midnight. suddenly hit the women that were walking in front of him. one woman ran to convenience store. customer from convenience store caught him and brought him to police. victims did not know the assailant. women had minor head injuries.

I grew up in Yokosuka basically and what has happened to the area is a complete shame. Since pops retired and moved back to SD, I really don't get the chance to go out there very often anymore, but when I did about a year ago, I noticed that it's turned in to a complete shithole. I kinda suppose that's what happens when you keep replacing a carrier with one that's 2-3 the size all while trying to cram in all these people in to that little ass base. It's dumb fucks like this that give us gaijin a bad name and one of the main reasons why the military is seen in a bad light...
