I can sympathise with people who steal for food. It's needed for survival.. they are doing what is natural.

My website is all about saving money in Tokyo. If any of you find yourself in a similar jam, here is what you do:

Boil 100g of chilli peppers in 1 litre of water for 2 hours, refilling the water as it evaporates.

Strain the peppers out and put the fluid in an old spray bottle.

Presto! Cheap, homemade pepper spray! :wink:
