61% of teachers taking sick leave in 2006 suffered mental illness

Well I guess they just need to wait it out. In a few years there wont enough school age children to warrant any public schools, and the ones that are school age will simply go to private schools abroad. I don't see the problem? Maybe the teachers are just suffering from anxiety as they know their jobs are basically over.
