Man fires shots at car in suspected construction company row

FUKUOKA -- A man fired shots at a car belonging to the local branch of major general contractor Obayashi Corp. Thursday afternoon before fleeing, police said. Nobody was injured in the incident. Local police are analyzing security video footage that caught the gunman. A 59-year-old construction company president was fatally stabbed in Kitakyushu in December last year, and four vehicles were burned at another construction company's parking lot in Kitakyushu in an alleged arson attack on Monday. Both companies have transactions with Obayashi Corp....more...
