High speed internet acess in Japan

10mbps/1mbps is pretty fast .. You realize 3500/384 is like 3.5mbps/0.384mbps ? (Basically, 10/1 is 3 times faster than your current connection) I don't know what the availability of this stuff is like in Japan at all, perhaps someone else can help in that dept.
