There's some similarity to Dragon Ash in the first stanza. Really funny, and catchy.
Looking through the Youtube vids, it looks like the video lampoons the so-called "katsura boxer" - a guy who wore a wig in the rig that was knocked off when he got punched in the head. The katsura boxer now wears a different wig into the ring and throws it into the audience before the match starts. Funny stuff.
