I was walking around with the little runt near the Chinese consulate and these idiots had the whole fucking street blocked off while the police just sat there and watched. The whole street was blocked off forcing cars to turn around and since my poor arse decided it would be a nice walk through Moto-Azabu, I was forced to hike my arse all the way back down through Roppongi Hills while my daughter screamed at the top of her lungs because these fuckers were soo goddamn loud and she figured she would not be outdone.
They can't very well arrest them for being loud when they are still quiter than some of the local politicians at election time...
