JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Actively drive the program to achieve optimal budget requirements.
Responsible for leading manufacturing outsourcing efforts; to DPAis Asian
customers.
- Direct cross functional team to develop new products based on customer
specifications.
- Establish and monitor critical project milestones in order to meet
customer requirements.
- Communicate project status to management.
- Establishes milestones and monitor adherence to program master plans and
schedules
- Responsible to coordinate and write marketing and engineering
requirements documents, and statements of work.
- 25% travel
- Reports directly to the General Manager.

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Fluent Japanese / written and oral.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in project management.
- Interfacing experience with: Engineering, Sales and Marketing,
Procurement, Product management, and outside vendors and contractors.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering
is preferred, but not necessary.
- Prior leadership experience with complex development programs.
- Ability to develop and communicate program issues effectively at all
organizational levels within DPA.
- Prior experience with development program and scheduling tools is
preferred.
