They have been banned on numerous occasions. It's sort of a "Let's reinvent the wheel" sort of thing! It happens every several years!

Thanks Greji...I was a bit confused because I was positive I had heard and read that a ban had been instituted before.

I am waiting for the news story that'll break out when a foreign chef from a place like Gordon Ramsay's gets physically assaulted and told to leave when trying to buy the morning catch!
