That's from the Kanamara Matsuri - a regular feature here on FG - so they are both guys. He's carrying a chochin with "Elizabeth" written on it which is probably the name of their okama bar.

Thanks for the info....but the one with the Maido outfit looks like a girl in my masters program...I thought it was a girl!:confused:

I'm not good at noticing stuff usually but I'm pretty sure that's not a real gun although just below her belly button it appears to have caused a scar. Could be from blow back *cough, cough*.

Edit- apparently that's not her real hair colour either. I wish i knew more...stuff...you know....
