How could you think that unusual Ji? I mean there was not evidence that he killed the girl. He merely just happened to be a bystander, who in the interest of protecting the environment from trash pollution, picked up and stuffed all her body parts into assorted, bags, carryalls and tin cans and tossed them. Why 3 and 6, was probably cruel and unjust punishment, after all she was not a J-national and there was no interest by the news media, so he probably should have been acquitted.

Yeah, no shit. When I read that I thought "you've got to be fucking kidding me". I guess they only got him for mutilating and abondoning the body, but not for the murder.
