Curious...

...has launched a train simulator that uses high-definition video to improve the driving skills of engineers.

The new simulator can also accommodate different scenarios, including accidents, "providing practice in responding to various unexpected situations," the major computer maker said.

I wonder where they would get the high-definition video of what happens when someone tries to cash their last check by hopping onto the tracks? Curious if anyone would bother to wonder about that and launch an investigation...

I can just see the headline:
"Fujitsu simulator engineers indicted in snuff film conspiracy"

Also, keep your eyes out for the soon-to-come oshiya VR module. It will come with a pneumatically-actuated full-body force-feedback suit and wide-aspect 3d goggles. Advanced AI will provide a wide variety of scenarios with diverse virtual riders. Developers claim a level of sophistication and realism which will be presented by life-like responses such as grunting, apathetic shuffling, and blank stares depending on the input of the trainee. The simulator will also be capable of challenging the trainee with unexpected situations, such as baggage caught in the doors, or rider dismemberment.

Oops...I uploaded the image to FG and then managed to delete it within seconds. Since I also deleted it from my "weird Japan pics" USB stick, it has gone forever...
