For girls who don't like changing in station toilets or doing their make-up on the train, Cos-Pa has opened a rental powder room service close to Shibuya Station. There are nine booths in total, separated by a curtain, with the smallest at 500 yen for 20 minutes and the largest for 700 yen. They all include, hair styling irons, clips, combs, brushes, tissues, a clothes iron, face lotion, fragrances and drinks. For additional fees, Shu Uemura cosmetics are available along with nail care items and professional make-up brushes, stockings etc. For a girl needing longer than 20 minutes, additional 10 minute slots can be had at the same basic rate.
