FUKUOKA--Papers on a girl who allegedly posted a message warning she would commit mass murder at a Kyushu train station on a mobile phone Web site message board will soon be sent to prosecutors, the Fukuoka prefectural police announced Sunday. The 17-year-old part-time worker is suspected of violating the Minor Offenses Law. She is suspected of writing messages including: "I'll commit a mass murder at a station in Kyushu that'll make history," at about 7:20 a.m. Saturday, the police said. "I had the random stabbings in Akihabara in my mind, and I did it to cause trouble," she reportedly told the police in questioning.
