[/floatr]A soapland in Tokyo's Yoshiwara has decided to specialize in servicing Japan's ageing population. From Friday, the high class establishment "Gift" has renamed itself "Club Fifties" (not to be confused with the hotel chain) and will only now accept customers over fifty years old. The manager says that many of the girls are happier dealing with older clients and, when the girls feel comfortable, the club does better business. He also notes that there are older customers who want to use soaplands but who dislike mixing in the waiting areas with younger customers. The club will designate over-fifties as regular members, over-eighties as senior members and centenarians as VIPs. Patrons over forty can qualify as junior members but will be encouraged to use other establishments linked with "Club Fifties". The girls may like older customers but the clubs says that the customers particularly like girls who appear natural and make them feel comfortable. One 28 year old with a reputation as an "ojisama killer" says it's important to remember that a man is still a man no matter how old he is and also emphasizes the importance of being a good listener.
