She-e-e-eit, that FLASH infested website hardly will run on my WiFi connection. However, the Random Gaijin Shot Of The Day lady in the video segment featuring the Sanja Matsuri appears to be the rejected-by-Immigration Sayuki of Asakusa.

Look for the gaijin geisha, Sayuki, at the 1/4 point of the video:
