Rie Asagiri is one of the three arrested in the raid. She appeared in adult videos in the 90s and, according to her blog, she's the "producer" of the club and an advisor to other S&M events. The La Siora website has pictures of some of the girls from the club visiting some of Asagiri's European friends in Holland, Belgium and France for some private parties in expensive-looking houses. Last month, she took her staff to the Michelin-starred Taillevent Robuchon in Ebisu so was certainly keeping up appearances:







Given the volume of photographs available and the fact that almost everyone associated with the club has their own blog with extensive links to friends and other clubs, it's difficult to imagine that the police would have been completely unaware of La Siora. It seems that the screams of some of the punters must have got just a bit too loud for them to be able to keep turning a blind eye.

An Osaka SM club just been raided. You have to think that the police were a bit slow getting around to this one. Since 1994, Chikako Matsumoto has been running Yumerakuen out of a mansion block in the city. Actually, that's understating it somewhat. Matsumoto was generating revenue of around 100 million yen a year and renting 19 of the building's 20 rooms for her business. It does make you who was in the twentieth room.
