[/floatl]ZakZak reports the arrest of a 28 year old dentistry student at the Tokyo Medical & Dental University. He posted on a mobile phone bulletin board that he could offer teeth whitening services. A 20 year old girl from another university took him up on his offer and went over to see him in one of the labs. He was dressed in a dentist's outfit but she alleges, instead of treating her teeth, he proceeded to fondle her breasts claiming he was checking her heartbeat. The man denies the charge and says he never laid a finger on her.

The Yomiuri has a slightly different description of what the guy was up to:

A dentistry department student has been arrested on suspicion of groping a woman's breasts on two occasions after asking her to undress under the pretext of examining her for breast cancer, police said. Teppei Kawano, a sixth-year student at Tokyo Medical and Dental University's Faculty of Dentistry was arrested on suspicion of molesting the 20-year-old university student on July 4 and 19, according to the deputy chief of Motofuji Police Station of the Metropolitan Police Department. Kawano, 28, reportedly got to know the woman through a Web site. The alleged assaults took place on an emergency stairwell landing on the 21st floor of a research building at the university in Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo. The suspect also lives in the ward, the police said.
