Blackcat

Postby Gaisaradatsuraku! » Sat Jun 14, 2003 11:32 pm

Total rambling off point message from Blackcat.

I am not a primate, Blackcat, I do not monkey see/monkey do.

However, you do!

By the way, all the stuff you say about the Japanese being uniquely unaware of their country's own shortcomings is not a unique trait at all. Most citizens think their respective country is generally in the right. Japan, America, and to show you how crazy this is - even FRANCE.

Pass me the freedom fries and make sure the kissy emoticon uses no tongue. I will not allow French kissing in my sphere.

Here's a big intternet hug for you too Blackcat.

A. he`s not out agrguing me or never has anyone else for that matter.
He cant rebut a valid point as he always tries to change the subject
and point the finger eleswhere.

B. "even France" this points out what a narrow minded bigot he/she/it is as anyone who dares disagree with the U.S. are terrible. Others did too but france coped the brunt as they were easily sterotyped in the US media. as arrogant.

C. Yes I agree the majorty are nice folk, True and there are problems in all countries. But This is a Website forum based in Japan for people living in Japan IS IT NOT :?: I am the first to make critical comments about my own society....but I think you can see the majority here are very ready to sterotype "gaijin"..in negeative and "positive" ways.

D. The main story on this thread is about a woman jailed for parking/slapping an officer. My point stands on this issue and no one has rebutted these points in a valid way.

1. The guy calling the police over a car park was ridiculous.

2. The woman was foolish to have argued so much and get frustrated

3 There was no excuse for her to slap an officer.

4. 15 cops to restrain 1 woman? was extreme especially what other bosozoku tpyes do EVERY DAY and walk.

5. lead around in jail by a rope, with 1 shower a week was inhuman and again extreme.

6. Forced to sign documents she could not read was Illegal.

7. She assulted an officer..but was never made to face a judge or other due course of the law. The PAY OFF was made to the child with the car space.= extortion.

The only thing Primates like gai could say was "theyre all dumb" reffering to Kiwis.
He often makes insulting comments about all races and refuses to accept the clear predjudice that is common about japan, now dude if you think hes "winning" the argument...then I`m sorry but hes only winning the use of gutter/trash/teenage talk hes capable off,,,cause making a point he is not good at.

Ie:Gai: " Total rambling off point message from Blackcat."

My previous post responding to Jack, and I gave a simple solution to how I would deal with the situation seeing he asked!!!

what would I do about the car park?
Easy, tell the person its my park, and ask not to park there
No cops, no jail, no human rights violations...and NO BRIBES

OFF POINT Rambling?

I wont waste my time with you anymore gai cocksmoker for one reason

1. YOU ARE DUMB.and will never get it.

I was kinda dissapointed, I heard the big fuss about Freedom Fries on the news same as everyone else, but I only ever actually saw one place selling them (during the height of the war.) It was this little burger place out in the middle of nowhee (one of those towns not big enough to have a name on a map, but good to stop at on long road trips through the country.) I really wanted to take some snapshots of "Freedom Fries" signs!

1. The guy calling the police over a car park was ridiculous.

Not really. In Japan, parking is at a premium, and parking in someone else's spot is a SERIOUS no no. Especially if you are PAYING for the space. Calling the cops is the first step to having the car towed.

2. The woman was foolish to have argued so much and get frustrated

Agreed.

3 There was no excuse for her to slap an officer.

Agreed.

4. 15 cops to restrain 1 woman? was extreme especially what other bosozoku tpyes do EVERY DAY and walk.

If she slapped a cop, you think she stopped there? Sure, a few cops could have taken her down. (american cops). Japanese cops aren't used to resistance in the extreme. 15 cops were THERE to take her down safely and take down any of her gaijin friends that might show up.

5. lead around in jail by a rope, with 1 shower a week was inhuman and again extreme.

She couldnt keep her hands to her self. Her fault.

6. Forced to sign documents she could not read was Illegal.

No one can make anyone do anything they don't want to do. Her dumb butt for signing them.

7. She assulted an officer..but was never made to face a judge or other due course of the law. The PAY OFF was made to the child with the car space.= extortion.

Paying off the guy was the quick and dirty solution. There were others. Her husband chose that route.

Gai may spew crap laced invective, But he makes good points. And as someone who has LIVED in Japan for QUITE a while, his observations are usually on point. Do I agree with his method? Nope
But it sure does break the ice.

15 cops?... first off that's more than likely an exagerration rather than a head count. And I imagine most of those cops just stood around watching rather than take part in the restraining. In one drunken incident, I and a group of overstayers nearly pushed a car through a neighbours window. 3 police cars turned up. I didn't do a head count but it must have been at least 8. Only had to deal with one of them... as I'm sure Delia would have if she'd kept her head.

blackcat? wrote:You were there were you??? I read the story same as you...it said 15 cops why so hard for you to believe?????

Why is it hard for me to believe?:

One woman - in a car. How are 15 cops meant to restrain such a person (that's what is says in the article)? Even if she's pulled clear of the car kicking and screaming, then what happens? 2 cops sit on her, and the rest pile on top like a baseball brawl?

I've seen the photo (she's no elephant) and I personally think it'd be physically difficult for 15 cops to be involved in the restraining someone of such limited surface area.

She got 1 week in a grotty prison for overreacting. She gets her 15 minutes of fame (where did the papers get this story, alert journalism or an eager subject?).

Yes the guy who called the cops was a prat. But this isn't some supermarket carpark road rage. This is someone who forks out money for a parking space. How would your react if you came home and found someone parked in your garage? Would you go "oh well" and head off to the nearest parking building forking out your 100yen/10mins. Or would you sit there seething?

There is a huge difference between a paid spot and a free for all..

I would be ticked if someone took my spot that I pay for. In fact, I'd call a tow truck to get them moved if I had to :D

Usually though, in my complex, they just honk away until the violator comes out and moves their jalopy :D

Overreacted my arse... The stupid biyatch assulted a Police officer and was delt with.

I saw a chick NYC trying to cross a parade and was arguing with the cops. She pushed a female cop litely on the shoulder to get past, and a huge male cop took her out in a running tackle. He was about 6 feet tall and built, she was about 5feet, and looked like a rag doll going down. They cuffed her and she went to jail I guess. Overaction? You push a cop today, you stab him tomorrow.

Darkwing,

You got to understand one thing on this forum. If it happens in Japan, it is awaful and should be condemned. But if it happens in the States, of course that's how it should be.

The people on this forum except for the level-headed ones like Oyaji-sama, CStaylor sama, Gomigirl chan, and a few others, are the biggest arrogant bunch I have ever seen. They like nothing in Japan, yet they choose to live there. Becasue they are gaijin they must be permitted to rape any girl they want or rob any bank they want or litter the streets and trains to their heart's content or else they scream discrimination.

I DON'T think that is quite the case Jack.

I think they havent become innured to the craziness surrounding them.

I think you have to live in Japan for longer than 5 years to get your head around the culture. (AT A MINIMUM).

After having time to read about this again, and think on it, I think she got off lightly.. regardless. She hit a cop, and deserved more than the 10 days or so that she got in the pokey..

She should have been brought up on charges of assaulting a police office, evading police, and any number of other nick pickty charges they could fling her way.

As for Jack, he seems to know everyone on this board quite well.. and he visits hookers for informational purposes while trying to get married :D

My 2 cents: maybe they are all seriously considering robbery as a way to make cash and leave the motor running in case they decide to do it.

I don't mind negative comments but I have no time for whiners or for those who feel superior to others, which many of the negative comments imply. Your second point is about me getting married bla blah blah. I am very proud of the life I had and I guarantee you that most guys envy my lifestyle.

What was that RANT about getting out of the country again?

Missed the point but at the very least you are consistent, the point was not an parking violations BUT some fairness humanity in the law  but Ive said it before and you seem to scared of critisim to see another side.

JACK: you feel superior to others because "I guarantee you that most guys envy my lifestyle" :?:

souds like it.

also I suggest you are the one that misunderstands negative comments, they are a way to IMPROVE a society...unless of course people are hypersensitive to critisism (the fact for Japan..IE J-basher defense).
