There's a 1970 episode of TV series "Mission Impossible" called "Butterfly". As one fansite summarizes it:
While living in Japan, American businessman Harry Kellem (Russ Conway) has been framed for murder by his brother-in-law Toshio Masaki (Khigh Dhiegh). Masaki wants to disrupt Japanese-American relations, and the IMF must stop him and clear Kellem. Jim becomes an attorney, Paris is a Kabuki artist...Willy is a jujitsu fighter and Barney takes some cine film.
Dana, the character played by Lesley Anne Warren, takes on the identity of the murdered Japanese women who is played by Lisa Lu. We are to understand that Dana uses a mask to disguise herself which makes for some fun Scooby Doo-like scenes.

The character "Paris" is played by Leonard Nimoy aka "Spock" so you would think there might be some pictures online of him portraying a Kabuki actor in the series but a cursory search hasn't turned any up.

Oh forget about the Japanese disguise, that's Lesley Ann Warren. I used to watch that show just to see her, I always thought she was smokin hot. Those big round puppy dog eyes always got to me.
