
TOKYO, Oct. 26 (AP) - (Kyodo)--The government is considering implementing tax cuts planned for the current 2008 fiscal year in the form of cash payments or coupons, which are likely to have more of an impact in shoring up the economy, senior officials of the ruling coalition in charge of tax systems said Sunday.
