Obviously the young one doing the 'teaching' has no idea who he was either....history in Japan is a reworked masterpiece.

It's true. Or are you denying it? Of course, Japan is totally incapable of slandering or changing history on any level. Japanese just don't fabricate stuff. But coming form that comment, you probably think Hitler was a wise man too, huh?!

This is not a history lesson class and I am NOT your history teacher, if you don't know, then I would advise you to either go back to school and or get your facts straight.
"Every country" has bent or altered history in some way, shape or form to have the masses believe that their country was always righteous or never engaged in any atrocities, devious and immoral whatsoever.
Maybe it's different if you are from the Yanomamo tribes, but that's just a wild guess.

Not Australia, we corrected that when Kevin Rudd apologized to the Aboriginals. Now our shit doesn't stink and we spend our time harrassing the fuck out of Japanese whalers.

Asahi: TV Tokyo red-faced over 'Uncle Hitler'
TV Tokyo Corp. issued an apology on its website Monday for a program broadcast last week in which a female personality described Adolf Hitler as a "great figure of the world." The slip was made in a segment of the program "Yorosen," in which young "idol" group members act as school teachers and lecture about history. The program was aired early Friday. Referring to the Nazi dictator as "Hitler ojisan" (Uncle Hitler), the woman lauded Hitler's speeches as having a "soothing effect." "The program's content was based on a mistaken interpretation of history and was inappropriate," the broadcaster said.

The station also appears to be moving swiftly to delete YouTube clips of the programme. I already replaced the video kicking off this thread once but now the new one has also been taken down.

The producers of that program are beyond stupid.

Lol, the clip translation said his speeches had a cleansing effect. They sure did.

Yeah, stupid enough to get a huge amount of free publicity, and a bunch of viewers wetting themselves to see what fucked-up bit they'll produce next...
