Mitsubishi "Betty" with suicide plane - It was used as a mother plane for the kamikaze-attack rocket plane in last year of the war. In this model the rocket can be attached to the body of Betty.
From "Ken Takkii's" Lego Works site

This reminds me of the Lego drunk salaryman poster:

Falling? I thought she was jumping!
And you run and you run to catch up with the sun but it's sinking
Racing around to come up behind you again
The sun is the same in a relative way, but you're older
Shorter of breath and one day closer to death

I think he's taking a shot at the schoolgirls that will walk 2,3,4,5 abreast.

That thing about them all needing to be equal and not walk behind each other.

Excellent!

What does the text read on the poster?
Homer: Lisa, Vampires are make-believe, like elves, gremlins, and eskimos.

I think they captured a certain "essence of Japan" with the concrete theme.
It's on this link- http://www.bergsby.com/taani/legoland/ - so there's a chance it's in Estonia. Or at least that part of the world.

She should ask a station staff member to use his huge prongs to grab it, as the signs say! No very conformist.

Dvice: Insane 65,000-brick LEGO space shuttle may as well be the real thing
I'm almost a little embarrassed to admit that I first thought this was a photo of a real space shuttle. Two Japanese LEGOsmiths used a whopping 65,000 bricks and 1,590 man hours to complete the stunning diorama, which even simulates a launch with flashing lights under the boosters and a vocal countdown. The only thing it doesn't do is lift off. Part of the "Nasu Space Center," it appeared as a scene in Nasu Highland Park, an amusement park in Japan. The duo who assembled it are said to be participating in an event to top the tallest LEGO tower ever built, an accolade which is currently held by LEGO enthusiasts in Vienna, who constructed a tower over 96 feet tall.
