You have mastered the "flying V" a technique for warding off obatalian as you drive for the final seat on the Yamanote line.

Yeah, they get really cheeky sometimes. Once, I was with my wife on the Negishi line, and I sat up (still in my seat, but my ass out of the chair), so my wife could reach her cellphone, and this obatalian tries to cut in. My wife whispers, "just don't look at her... read your book".

So the lady stands there, doing that Japanese clucking sound that ugly old women do, and then storms off. :roll:
