KAUZ: Iwo Jima Re-enactment held today
It's a special and historical weekend in Wichita Falls as survivors of the World War Two battle of Iwo Jima and their families take part in an annual convention. Today, over a one hundred people showed up at the Howard Johnson to attended a re--enactment of the famous flag raising by U.S. forces.

The caption on the YouTube video says "The event is sponsored by the Iwo Jima Survivors Association of Texas. Reunion founder Cy Young told the crowd the Wichita Falls gathering is now the only one of four national groups still active."
