Ikubunkan Middle and High School in Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo, which had until 2002 been coaching students to pass the Test in Practical English Proficiency, or Eiken, after seeing the questions in advance, admitted Saturday it had been doing so ahead of each of the thrice yearly tests since about 1995. The school made the admission at a meeting with parents on the day.
