New Homeless People Disturbing The Homeless Wa

Fascinating to read this article in the Times by Richard Lloyd Parry:
Japanese homeless declare war on newcomers to the neighbourhood
It reads so much like that Yomiuri piece above that an unkind soul might think that Lloyd Parry had plagiarized it while changing the setting to Shinjuku and making up the name of a homeless person there to pretend he had written an original report. I can't believe, though, that a conscientious and honourable journalist would do such a thing.
