I tried visiting this site you suggested, and the link was down.

But there was a version on the web archive:

http://web.archive.org/web/20011025041315/www.ohayo-sanspo.com/en/index.htm

which is a good thing, because I hadn't heard of half of these types of places, except as I'd seen some signs around Tokyo and allusions to them at the Foreign Correspondents' Club in Yurakucho. So many permutations! And I wonder if the same range of places exists in America. 8O
