I don't know if it's true or not but a J person once told me that if you can prove that the person fucking your spouse knows he or she is married you can sue that person and probably win.

yeah, that's exactly what i've heard too. i think it was on one of those shows with the panel of lawyers encouraging people to be more litigous.

yep, is exactly true. friend of mine about to go through a divorce has a girlfriend, and the wife is suing her. has already successfully gotten her fired from her job for adultery.

There have been quite a few stories to be seen about cases like this and due to the nature of the beast, it is usually the wife that sues (usually successful) the offending girlfriend sometimes even without getting divorced.
