I was hoping this clip might find its was to YouTube and it seems it did so a few months ago. The scene is a 30th wedding anniversary party for the director Nagisa Oshima. The speaker is singer, actor, and writer Akiyuki Nosaka. His name might not ring a bell but his book "Grave of the Fireflies" was made into an animated film which is critically acclaimed around the world. Two heavyweights of the cultural landscape, you might say.
