I may be far off, but most of these are not 'gyaru slang' so much as 'colloquial Japanese' that you hear in casual conversations.
It also sounds like a bunch of bastards with a stick up their arse. Most of these shouldn't be used on the phone with a customer, but in a conversation at work period? Give me a break.
