The Asahi claims (Japanese) that the new trend in facemasks is for designs with stickers and glitter which allow you to customize the otherwise dull white surface. Actually, they have been around for a few years now but the Asahi suggests that they are getting a promotional boost to encourage young people to wear masks and counter the spread of virulent strains of influenza.
