Apparently no one explained the nuances of of a "koakuma" or that "small devil" is a really bad translation.
On that note, I think Katy Perry is adorable.

Visitors to Japan often jump at the chance to try some authentic sushi. But Katy Perry didn't want to eat the fish and rice - she wanted to wear it.
As the pop star performed at the MTV Video Music Awards Japan she pulled back her kimono to reveal an unusual choice of undergarment - a leotard embroidered with rows of sushi.
