Sakuragicho has one on the first floor of Landmark Tower. The food sucks, but I guess that's not why people go there.

The bigger question is: what kind of women would work in those uniforms? Reminds me of those "Hot Dog on a Stick" shops in Calfornia malls (with the girls in the late 60's outfits and the outrageous hats).

There is a Hot Dog on a Stick in Westlake Mall here in Seattle, or at least it was last time I was there. Ths particular one only had male employees though, and no pay rate would be high enough to get me in one of those uniforms.

Actually, I was just wondering how much it would cost to set up a Hooter's franchise in Japan... I'm going to have to look into the logistics
