[/floatl]For women who like their colleagues at work to be snappy dressers, humid summers can be a disappointing time especially now that "cool biz" policies see jackets and ties discarded. Well, Love-all in Ikebukuro, Tokyo has stepped in with an answer. Their variation on the Butlers Cafe is a place that looks like an office where the waiters dress smartly in suits, ties and glasses. I'm no fashion icon myself but those three blokes above don't seem to be carrying off the look with any great aplomb. This Cyzo article says (Japanese) that female customers can almost "feel that they are having an illicit in-house company affair" as they flirt with the staff. Ikebukuro is a popular destination for female otaku but the cafe will refuse entry to anyone wearing school uniform since it would ruin the illusion. In keeping with many companies these days, the cafe also has a no-smoking policy.
