Just tell them to fuck off.
They can demand anything but you don't have to give it to them and neither do you have to submit to a body search or a search of your bag, without a warrant. If you allow them to search without a warrant or arresting you, you are crazy.

in a somewhat related vein (pun not intended

) i had the weirdest dream this morning..

i was at a shopping centre when a couple of the j-stone coppers came up to me and tasered me in the balls demanding to know if i was in possession of or under the influence of geritol. at some point after the interrogation they released me and i tenderly walked back to my car.

that's all i remember.

it was weird because i'm certainly not of the geritol vintage (despite what certain smarmy middle schoolers claim) and there have been no greji sightings in shimane that i've heard of..
