Hong Kong Tourist "Disrespects" Kiyomizu in Kyoto

The man in the video has been identified as a graphic designer and illustrator from Hong Kong who makes regular trips to Japan and is something of an expert on Pokemon. Since this video was posted on YouTube, it has drawn hundreds of comments from people around the world criticizing him for his actions on the steps of one of Japan's most famous temples. He apparently doesn't feel that he has done anything out of order or disrespectful.

Can't help wondering if the troglodyte would have the nards to try that on the steps of one of Hong Kong's famous and revered temples. Might end up with a large-ish bunch of well-lit joss sticks unceremoniously rammed up a rearward-facing orifice.
