I used to think Japanese people were insane, now I can clearly see their nuts.
I am not really sure where I am going, I just hope that when I get there, I can sit down because I am sure my feet will be tired.

Seriously, he has gone down hill pretty fast, even if that is photoshopped!

Is this the special olympics? No, it's the 2009 IAAF in Berlin.

GOOD picture, but it just neglected to show the other six runners in front of those two.

I actually watched the 100 prelims and finals and couldn't help to laugh in that when the Japanese sprinter reached the semi final they showed his name up in the corner of the screen "Tsukahara vs. Bolt vs. Powell," as if there was a rivalry or a match there....

Tsukahara finished dead last in time in the semi's, managing to beat only the UK sprinter who was disqualified on a false start.

But, the TV announcers and color commentators made it into a race, talking about Tsukahara's great (lightning) start, without mentioning that his reaction time was tied for the 3rd slowest of all 16 starters. TIJ!

LOL! In fairness to Japan, though, my native Oz also does this with its athletes.
If you read the Aussie rags, you'd imagine our sprinters were up there with the Bolts and Powells instead of being the also-rans they really are.
I think the last time Oz got a sprinter up on the dais was 1968 (when a guy called Peter Martin stood beside Americans Tommie Smith and John Carlos as they gave the Black Power salute).
