Somewhere horrible, otherwise the condo would have not gone unsold for eight years.

Still it's so journalistically Japanese that this news story misses several of the 5 'W's (Who, What, When, Where, Why). In the this case, no Who (name of the condo), no When (date of the condo sale) and no Where (location).
