Superstar singer Mariah Carey was left underwhelmed by the response to her presence in Tokyo this last week - only eight fans were waiting to greet her at the airport.

I wandered past the Budokan the other week when they were setting
up for her concert and the whole thing looked definately underwhelming.
They were setting up some very cheap looking tents to flog her merchandise, there were no fans to be seen, it was raining..
