Japan drops behind China in Net population

Chinese Net population hits 68 million

That's in total number of citizens online, but who's in the lead as far as % of total population online? I remember when I was in Korea they were proud to have the highest % broadband penetration in the world, but I know that's a different statistic than population online.

Well being as every Keitai can get 'online' doesn't that mean Japan wins hands down (or thumbs down in this case)

Percentage-wise, the Island Nation of Niue is supposedly %100 online and wireless to boot.


On further review and research, Niue has the POTENTIAL of being %100+ as the gov't hasn't released stats about how many people actully use the service. But it is free to both those who live there and visitors, so A+ Super-Bonus 2 Thumbs WAY Up for Niue!
