The article headline was an exaggeration. Tokyo ranked beneath other cities for accessible cultural locations such as museums. Of course, if those lazy ex-pats had taken a bus over to Asakusa (or, as I like to call it, asa-kusai), there's some culture there. Or if you like, you can head over to Edojo where the Emperor lives, or you can check out the old Dai-ichi building where MacArthur's GHQ was located.

And, there's a whole different world over in Shibuya. :wink:
