Just to follow up the above, browsing through the list of roman purno movies, there was a series within the genre called Foreigner's Mistress Oman and starring a gaijin and described by the New York Times thus:

One of my kids is also blonde, which is really strange because mum is Japanese and my genes on both sides are dark hair. The kid is as dumb as shit, however, which means it's unmistakably my genes at work and I guess that's where the blondeness comes in....
