I remember a place similar to this in Gifu in the early '90s, except it was an old, fully-furnished house that you had to charter for the entire day. You were then free to go inside and trash the entire joint.
The business didn't last too long, though. I guess the operating costs must have been too prohibitive, but jeez it was fun!!!
