Shimoda's Kannon Onsen decided that since the recession meant that customers weren't visiting, then the mountain should go to Mohammed. In the bowels of Ginza Station, near the Hibiya Line entrance, they unveiled three free onsen footbaths which will be open until 8:00pm tomorrow. 10 people can use them at the one time
