He wouldn't know what that means. It's always nighttime for Snipes

for my untold sins and after lurking on this site for years i have ended up in japan. as part of the punishment i am the only non-japanese in a company in sapporo. with no thanks to the experiments the fellow workers bestow upon me in verbal and physical manifestations, not to mention the cruelty of my j-wife, i have survived these last few months.

fucked me very much, i thank you.

Hi there! Just returned to the USA after a few years in Japan!

Believe me, I did not want to return but I had to :(

I was an overseer for a spark plug company and had to return due to a death in the family. I hope to be back in Japan as soon as possible, but it does not look like that is going to happen in the near future!

Im a big fan of Food, Classic Anime (1970-1990), and BEER!

Hence the handle. To be honest, even when I was a kid, I hated that show.

Welcome anyway.

Thanks! I must admit the English "Tranzor Z" dub is awful! ...but the Original Japanese version is fantastic.

So were both Voltrons and Robotech, but I still liked those as a kid. But even in elementary school I thought TranzorZ was horrible. I wouldn't mind watching it under the influence of some kind of illegal substance now though.

Good stuff, Houston..

Personally, I think Vimeo is the best video hosting site at the moment; quality, streaming, ease, etc.. Although YouTube encoding has improved greatly, Vimeo seems to have more real 'artists' as members..

Keep it up!

Been in Japan off and on the last 12 years (8 of them being there). Currently stateside in CA and Hawaii, but go back to tatami-land three or four times a year for work.

Mostly lived in Sahara (end of Yoko-Yoko or near the end of the Keikyu going South) in Kanagawa pre-

Have a Japanese wife and an 18 month old boy.

Into cars and wife managed to suck me into online gaming and manga.

As I'm starting to look into permanently moving to Japan, getting PR, etc, thought it might be good to jump into a website with some other FGs who are in similar situations (not to mention, normal Westerners think you're nuts when you talk about what life over there is like)....

Just got here to Japan about 18 days ago with no idea what to expect and so far I love it! Here with the Navy, and will be here for the next 3 years... I have always been really interested in the culture and hope to experience it fully... Maybe you can point me in some directions and some of the better kept secrets...
