Yokohama-born, Queensland-bred Sean Yoshiura has become the first Japanese-born player to be selected by a team in the Australian Football League. Hope he makes it!

Interesting picks yesterday, North Melbourne signed Sudanese-born Majak Daw also.

Sean sounds like he can run and has a bit of height on him which you wouldn't think of first for a Japanese.
